The sign is two sided and is made of heavy gauge metal. It measures 30 inches in diameter. The sign is in good used condition, as it has paint ware, light surface rust, etc, a bit more on one side than the other, but it is still a nice displayable sign, but not for the perfectionist collector. I have a white inventory sticker in the blue part of the V on one side, as shown in the first three photos and the last two are of the reverse side.
