Here is a great piece that you do not see often. I have decided to sell it along with a few other pieces I have collected. On the front of the sign there is the larger wording of Welch Penn at the top with the smaller wording of Motor Oil below. In the lower section of the sign there is the wording, For Hi Compression Lubrication. In the lower corners of the sign there is the iconic Pennsylvania Motor oil logos. Across the bottom of the sign there is the wording, Illinois Oil Products, Inc. ” in the lower left corner of the sign there is the smaller fine print wording of “Scioto Sign – Kenton, O. Here is a great sign that would be an addition to the collection, the sign has some paint ware, surface rust, discoloration, but overall still a great sign for display. The sign measures about 24 inches wide and 9 inches tall.
