It is missing the rudder and one of the plastic pieces is broken off (Check picture 4). Not sure if any other parts are missing. I did not test the lights as I dont want to break it trying to pry it open. Some stickers are not present. Could use a cleaning. Measures approximately 17 1/2 long.
