This is a WORKING GATES AUTO BELTS & HOSES, GAS & OIL CLOCK. It is a little dirty, and has a dust ball inside the clock on the bottom left corner. It can be removed by someone who know more than us about clocks. It measures 16 inches square and is 3 1/2 inches thick. Ask question we will get back to you.
